LegalSpark.AI offers AI-driven tools for generating marketing content and other related services for legal professionals. The Platform does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for professional legal counsel.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, including advertising and ethical standards set forth by the American Bar Association (ABA) and state bar associations.
- Provide accurate, lawful, and non-confidential information when using the Platform.
- Be solely responsible for the content generated or used through the Service, including its compliance with advertising and ethical guidelines.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Platform to create misleading, false, or deceptive marketing content.
- Use the Platform in connection with unlawful activities or to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the proprietary technology of LegalSpark.AI.
5. Content Ownership and License
- Your Content: You retain ownership of any data or materials you upload. By providing input to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process and use the data for providing the Service.
- Generated Content: LegalSpark.AI grants you a license to use the marketing content generated through the Platform for lawful and ethical marketing purposes. You agree to independently verify the accuracy, legality, and ethical compliance of generated content.
6. Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are outlined at the time of purchase and are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in pricing.
- Payment is due upfront for the subscription period. Failure to pay will result in suspension or termination of access.
- All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegalSpark.AI, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, including violations of law, third-party rights, or these Terms and Conditions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for:
- Violations of these Terms and Conditions.

- Non-payment of subscription fees.
You may terminate your subscription by providing written notice through the account settings. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
